Tried several sizes and options until finally found the winner. Go with the no-fly option because the fly option is too loose and doesn't keep the boys in place as well as the no-fly. For sizing, the no-fly is right on but the fly option seems to be too big. I'm 6'3, 215lbs and normally wear large. No-fly worked perfect, but the large fly option didn't. Very comfortable!
