I very much prefer these pull ups out of the all the other brands I bought high well fitted not too tight waist. Unfortunately like all the others there was little absorption on the sides. My husband in Hospice home care suffered not only with Dementia/Alzheimer’s but also rectal prolapse was unable to lay flat on his back his pain was too much at times . I would like to see pull ups with padding on sides for side sleepers. I put on one brief with sticky ties and two pull ups for him. With these Input only two pull ups and it helped minus the bulk. My husband passed quietly Nov 12 and I am missing my best friend.Perfect for my husband, comfortableI can't speak to their absorbency or function yet, they have just arrived, but they were described as being plastic-backed and they are not. Does anyone make plastic-backed pull-ups?Not worth the price and not as effective as other cheaper brands. The large is too big around the legs so there is leakage.I ordered according to my undies size and they swallowed me up. The pantie part does not cover the bum and the waist band made me sweat. I am sure for the right person these will be fine. But for those with large backsides a better choice is elsewhere.These are perfectly good adult pull-ups. They have much greater capacity than what you'll find in any store bought brands with out a doubt. They compare well to the Abena M3 pull-ups and Tranquility pull-ups as far as capacity and quality goes. However, there are two main draw backs here. First, is the price. They are more expensive than the other two I compared the with, though not be a large amount. The real problem, holding it down for me, is that they have an awkward fit. This is subjective of course, but it seems many other folks agree with me here. I strongly recommend trying the GoSupreme Pull-On instead, although it does not have free shipping from Amazon (at least yet!)We like the adult diapers because my father is so large that regular XL Depends do not fit him. Nothing else is out there unless you check on line. Your brand of XL is much larger and they fit his big gut. I researched many adult diapers for LARGE people on the internet and these seemed the best. I also LOVE the fact that Amazon mails them for free!I have been using this product daily for a few months. Nust tecently I have experienced sime problems with separation of the absorbent pad from the back of the garment. Also, it had sit open inside with pieces if the pad crumblimbling out in a mess. Needs some attention from quality control.
