Born boots are very well made boots, they are comfortable and will last! My issue and reason for 3 stars is because I purchased what was supposed to be new boots and what I received was not new, they were delivered in an Amazon shoe box said due to original packaging was damaged which would have been fine but someone also had obviously tried the right boot on, and they had unlaced the boot which you should not do, you use zipper on side and as with any quality boot with smaller openings use a shoehorn. It had been tied back in a horrible ugly double knot and stuffed in that box, it took me an hour to try to get the lace to look right and to top it off the boot was also scratched up on toe. These should have been sold as returned product slightly used. I may keep them since they are the distress look but so disappointed.
