I love my Sofft knee-high boots! They fit my feet perfectly (ordered 9.5 M) with a little room for thicker socks. The leather is so soft, typical of Sofft boots! I have other Sofft boots (mid-calf) which I love as well. I do have narrow feet so these run a little narrower than other medium widths (from my experience only). I love the height of the heel (perfect for me) and I think there is arch support as well since i have high arches too. I would definitely recommend these boots and other Sofft shoes/boots!Love the boots, Love the feel of the "real leather". Had to return because of the size and gave up on them.I agree with other reviews, the top of the boot is about 1-2 inches too wide and gapes open, and for reference by calf measures 14 inches around at it's widest. The ankle of the boot is sloppy looking as well. Ordered it in 7 and 7.5, I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes, and found the 7 to fit better. Generally Sofft shoes run a half size or more too big for me. Both sizes are going back though. Overall not the sleek look I was hoping for. And beware, Shoemall charges you for returns.I let the boutiques that I frequently shop pick out the best shoes and boots for each season. These boots were a great pick They are well made, comfortable, and fashionable to be dressed up or down. Both black and cognac are versatile to go with everything. Excellent investment.I returned this product.
